At KARKAMIŠ A11a, §14, the word-final 〈-sa〉 is clearly visible contra Hawkins 2000a:95.
For ALEPPO 6, §4, it is uncertain whether the word ends in 〈-zi〉 or 〈-za〉 because the photo is not clear enough, but Hawkins 2011b:42 offers one tentative stroke of the a-vocalisation in his drawing based on his autopsy of the actual stone, so a transliteration as 〈za?〉 seems to be preferable to 〈zi!〉.
The attestation at KARKAMIŠ A29j3 could not be verified for a lack of published photos or autographs.

1.1.3.1Phonological Interpretation
The phonological interpretation of this word is at least partly unclear. The syllabic signs attest to /-had-/, which most likely represents the latter part of the stem. The transliteration of some attestations as 〈DEUS.DOMUS(-)ha-tà〉 signifies the possibility that /had-/ may in fact be the full word already, although it is likely longer. The spelling with 〈MI〉 as a reading aid at HAMA 4, §10 suggests a differently shaped stem, however. The use of the sign 〈tà〉 shows the stem-final dental to be /d/, although that does not entail a connection with a cognate, see Rieken 2008b:643.
Of the logograms used, DEUS (sign *360) is connected with HLuw. /massan(i)-/ ‘god’ as well as numerous deity names, and DOMUS is mainly used for HLuw. /parn(a)-/ ‘house’ and semantically similar words.

1.1.4Meaning
Even though the phonological shape of the word is partly unclear, its meaning is certain due to the logograms used and the attestation. The word is attested in different contexts, some mention the building of temples, others are curse formulae intended to protect a temple. Thus, e.g. KARKAMIŠ A2+3, §13 reads: POST+RA/I-wa/i-sà-ti-pa-wa/i kwa/i-sa za-a-ia DEUS.DOMUS(-)ha-tà a-tá (*261)ta-pa-i, approx. /apparawisanti=ba=wa kwis zaya …-hada anta tabai/, meaning ‘(He) who blocks in these temples afterwards, (whether he be a king…)’ (cf. Hawkins 2000a:109).
[AH.B.]
1.1.5Stem
The attestations show the word to be a neuter gender stem in /-d-/. Since much of the stem remains unclear, further analyses must await the discovery of additional data.
