For the division of parttu laj[ã]mi mñteteh into three words, see Schürr 2014a:755 (contra DLL:101, Neumann 2007a:258, Gehrisch 2018a:48 “parttula=j=ẽmi”The vowel -u- before the suffix can hardly be reconciled with the -a- in parttala-..

1.1.4Meaning
The word parttu occurs in the first sentence of the inscription and is the direct object of the verb pijetẽ ‘he gave’, whereas the subject is laj[ã]mi mñteteh ‘Lajãmi, (child) of Mñtete’.The personal name laj[ã]mi probably comes from the participle of a verb *laja-(ti), which also serves as the basis for Lyc. B lajata. Therefore, parttu refers to something that is dedicated. Gehrisch 2018a:49 suggests an etymological connection with CLuw. pārta(/i)- ‘leg’ and parta- ‘furniture legs (?)’ and suggests that it could denote a part of the grave, which is semantically unconvincing. Without further information or a more attractive cognate, no concrete semantics can be given.
