The grammatical analysis of kipτama[…] depends on whether one reconstructs kipτama[ν], resulting in agreement with the following awkãν, or whether one assumes that the word is complete as is, i.e. kipτama. Since the context is fragmentary and the meaning of the relevant words unknown, both possibilities remain open.

1.1.3Meaning
The meaning of the verb kipτa- is unknown. It can be analyzed as a verb in -a-(d) derived from an agent noun in -τa- c. comparable to Lyc. -aza- c. (Sasseville 2017a:137 n. 13 with further literature), i.e. *kipτa- ‘(a title)’ → kipτa-(d) ‘to act as a kipτa’ (cf. Schürr 1997a:207, Gusmani 1969a:139, Carruba 1960a:50). Nevertheless, no exact meaning can be offered for the verb kipτa-(d); cf. Gusmani 1964a:151.
