This lexeme is found in a dedicatory inscription with not only a funerary content, but also an oracle poem. The stele with its main text has not been dated accurately, although it was reused at a later period and a second inscription was inscribed on the side.

1.1.3Graphic Features
Buckler 1924a:23 notices that a faint sign ṿ is visible at the end of fasiša, i.e. fasišaν̣?, which he attributes to a mere chance effect of the tooling. However, this potential reading should be kept in mind, in case it would breathe more sense into the syntax, e.g. an agreement with the following malãν.

1.1.4Meaning
No meaning has been assigned to fasiša; cf. Meriggi 1935a:101, Gusmani 1964a:122. If the reading is correct, it would most likely be the direct object of kimλa-(d); see under lemma kim. Pending an etymological connection, no meaning is suggested here.
