1.1.4Meaning
Sasseville 2020d:249 suggests that lālašḫā- is a deverbal abstract from lālā-(i) ‘to take (imperf.)’ with a resulting meaning like ‘act of taking repeatedly’ (see also Starke 1979a:259, Sasseville 2021a:27). However, no contextual evidence is available due to the fragmentary state of the attestations.

1.1.5Stem
CLuw. lālašḫā- is a common gender a-stem noun, most likely formed with the deverbal abstract suffix -šḫā- to the base verb lālā-(i) ‘to take (imperf.)’, in turn derived by reduplication from lā-(i) ‘to take’ (Sasseville 2020d:249).
