1.1.3.1Phonological Interpretation
The phonological interpretation of this word is unknown. Its spelling relies on the logogram FORTIS (sign *28), whose syllabic interpretation has not yet been elucidated, if it has one at all.

1.1.4Meaning
This word is attested twice in fragmented contexts. It appears to be an adjective, but since the meanings of its possible phrasal heads are also unknown, no hints as to its meaning can be gleaned from the contexts.

1.1.5Stem
Unknown. Only two points of morphology become clear from the attested dat./loc. sg. form – provided the analysis of the form is syntactically correct. First, the word cannot be an adjective in /-assa/i-/, since those formations are set apart by a dat./loc. sg. ending in /-an/ (see Morpurgo Davies 1980a:137). Second, it is unlikely to be an a-stem, because its dat./loc. sg. ending would be expected to be /-a/, not /-i/.
