anãtl(i)-
‘(unknown)’1.1.1Transmission
This word is found on a marble stele, which cannot be dated accurately, although Gusmani 1975b:12 assigns it on paleographic grounds to the 4th century BCE (followed by Dusinberre 2003a:234).

1.1.3Graphic Features
In this inscription, the carver has mistakenly carved the letter 〈m〉 instead of 〈ã〉 on several occasions. Both letters look very similar (Gusmani 1975b:21).

1.1.4Meaning
Gusmani 1980a:30 and Dusinberre 2003a:234 do not assign any meaning to the lexeme anãtl(i)-.

1.1.5Stem
Due to the fragmentary state of the inscription, it is not clear whether anãtl(i)- is a substantive or a genitival adjective in -l(i)-. Gusmani 1975b:21 states only that anãtlλ should be the indirect object of the missing predicate. Morphologically, anãtl(i)- as a formation in -l(i)- would derive from a non-attested nt-stem *anãt(i)-, which would in turn derive from a noun *ana-.
