Checked against the photographs in the Mainzer Fotoarchiv.* - The attestation shows a preceding sign KUŠ, which is listed in DCL:s.v. as the determinative KUŠ. In fact, it is not clear if KUŠ is to be understood as a separate word or as a determinative and it is thus not listed as a determinative here.

The meaning ‘(modifies leather)’ is proposed in HEG L-P:462, CHD P:153, HHw:122, Ünal 2007a:398 and Burgin 2022a:346 due to the preceding sign KUŠ, which means ‘leather’. Further evidence is needed to elucidate the exact meaning of
pariyašša/i-.The lexeme is not listed in DLL, HED, CLLand EDHIL.
