This lexeme is attested in the inscription of the inscribed pillar of Xanthos, dated contextually to shortly after the ascension of Artaxerxes II in 405-404 BCE and stylistically to around 400 BCE (Borchhardt & Eichner 1997-1999a:19f.).

1.1.3Meaning
The word appears in an obscure context containing a series of ablative/instrumentals. Due to its stem in -a-, it is surely a substantive (contra Schürr & Dönmez 2015a:140). The beginning of the word ]truwehe at TL 45a.4, often connected to truwepeijadi or even to the place name Trysa (see DLL:71, Neumann 2007a:380, Schürr 2014a:751), may not be complete. No substantiable meaning has been assigned to truwepeijadi; cf. DLL:71, Neumann 2007a:380, Gehrisch 2018a:69.

1.1.4Stem
Schürr 2014a: 751 n. 18 suggests seeing a compound truwe- + peija-, which is tempting, since -p- is hardly a suffix.
