The grammatical interpretation follows Meriggi 1978c:253, Melchert (DLL:77). Neumann 2007a:406 suggests a genitive plural in -ẽ instead, which is formally possible, but cf. under Meaning.

1.1.3Meaning
The word urazijẽ could be taken with the previous clause and agree with adaijẽ 2½ ‘two and a half ada-money’ (thus Neumann 2007a:406, DLL:77). Bryce 1980a:45 n. 19 suggests that it is etymologically related to Luwian ura/i- ‘great’ and that it refers to the heavy standards of coin, thus agreeing with adaijẽ 2½. A different approach would be to take urazijẽ as direct object of adi ẽ ‘if he does’, but this does not contribute to the understanding of the context. From a morphological perspective, urazi(je)- would mean ‘pertaining to the uraza-person’, in which uraza- (equating to Luw. urazza-) would refer to some kind of “general” or “patron”. This could still be interpreted to mean, as Bryce suggests, that the coins must be of the heavy standards. For a summary of outdated hypotheses, see Neumann 2007a:406.

1.1.4Stem
The adjectival derivative in -i(je)- must be based on an agent noun formation in -aza- c., i.e. *uraza-, which can still be seen from the letter -a- in ur-az-i(je)-; see Sasseville 2014-2015a:111.
