uppuppa[

[E.R.]

1.1.2Forms

unknown up-pu-up-pa[(-) KUB 35.110 l.col. 3’ (CTH 765, NS)

The tablet is broken off immediately after the sign PA, leaving it unclear whether the word continues.

[E.R.]

1.1.3Graphic Features

Checked against the photographs in the Mainzer Fotoarchiv.

[E.R.]

1.1.4Meaning

Although it is tempting to view uppuppa[(-) as a reduplicated form of ūppa-(i) ‘to carry, move’ (provisional DLL:102, Sasseville 2021a:364), the fragmentary state of the contexts forestalls verification (likewise cautious CLL:243, HHw:s.v.).

[E.R.]

1.1.5Stem

Due to the fragmentation of the table, no identification of the stem class is possible.

[E.R.]

For the lemma head, see CLuw. ūppa-(i).
