‘(unknown)’1.1.1Transmission
This lexeme is found once in the poetical inscription engraved on the lion sarcophagus of Antiphellos and dated on stylistic grounds to the beginning of the 4th century BCE (Zahle 1979a:318, Mühlbauer 2007a:91).

1.1.3Meaning
The word sttrm̃mi looks formally like a participle (thus Schürr 2005a:152). Since it is coordinated with pasbã ‘sheep’, it is likely to be substantivized and represent something that can be sacrificed to the xruwasa-deities:
[.]ẹ x̣ṛụẉese pñnasi sttrm̃mi sebe pasbã (TL 55.2)
‘to the xruwasa-deities you will grant(?) a sttrm̃mi and a sheep’
For the interpretation of xruwasa- as a deity, see Sasseville 2018a:309 and Sasseville 2021a:161. The reading of x̣ṛụẉese (← *xruwase + persisting vowel harmony) is suggested here (contra Schürr 2005a:121). Contra Shevoroshkin 2002a:231, the meaning ‘kin’ for sttrm̃mi is contextually inadequate. No concrete meaning can be given here.
