1.1.3Graphic Features
Gusmani 1975b:16 suggests restoring amito[d] (or amito[l] in Gusmani 1980a:30) to recover a verbal form in the 3rd singular present (followed by Dusinberre 2003a:234), which is possible but untenable due to the fragmentary state of the inscription. Moreover, the more probable verbal form [.]aarcrs in the same line renders a nominal interpretation for amito[ preferable. Nevertheless, no restoration is suggested here.

1.1.4Meaning
Gusmani 1975b:16 points out the resemblance with the pronoun amu ‘me’, but he discards any link as “random”. Considering the agentive function of the suffix -to- c. (Sasseville 2021a:183f.), it is possible that the present lemma represents a substantive designating a person or a title. Alternatively, a denominative verb in -o-(d) is possible, but less likely if [.]aarcrs is the predicate.
