1.1.3Meaning ‘(unknown)’
CLL:270 entertains a connection with wida- ‘a topographic feature, steppe?’ (‘watery’ in his views), which may be an underlying base, but the extremely fragmentary context does not allow any decision (other Luwian glossaries [Tischler 2008a, Tischler 2016a; Ünal 2016a] do not include this word).
