1.1.2Forms

acc. sg. or dat./gen. pl. tiṇ[.]ν̣ LW 47.2 (Middle Kaystros)

The missing letter can only be a vowel, i.e. [e], [ẽ], [ã], [a], [o] or [u], which would yield either an accusative or a dative/plural ending.

[D.S.]

1.1.3Graphic Features

Buckler 1924a:65 points out that the readings of the damaged signs are very uncertain (thus also Gusmani 1964a:266) and that a new collation of the inscription is necessary.

1.1.4Meaning

No meaning has been assigned to this word (Gusmani 1964a:213). The first part tin- can be connected tentatively to the sequence -tin- in Lyd. fratinid (LW 46.2) and fatinẽd (LW 44a.15), both of obscure meaning.
