1.1.3Graphic Features
van den Hout 1995b:121 points out that the gemination of the bb following the velar k is anomalous, based on Lycian consonantal orthography. Thus, an emendation to kb{b}idã would be called for, although a second attestation is needed to be absolutely certain. Neumann 2007a:160 points out that the segmentation with the preceding letter ã is not assured, i.e. one could take ]ãkbbidã[ as one word instead, although the separation adopted in the literature is very likely on account of several other words beginning with kbi-.

1.1.4Meaning
The word kbbidã is found in a fragmentary passage of a grave inscription. The only thing visible besides the word itself is the very likely grammatical agreement with the preceding word also ending in -ã. Shevoroshkin 1979a:160 suggests that the part kbi- is equivalent to the word kbi(je)- ‘other’ containing the numeral *kb- ‘two’, which is possible, though unprovable. No meaning is suggested in DLL:30.
