| nom./acc. sg. n.(?) | ˹ta˺-ḫa-a(n?) | KBo 30.39 iii 11 | (CTH 752, MS) |
Yakubovich 2005c:117 analyzes the chain ta-ḫa-a-mu-ut as ta-ḫa-a(n)=mu-u=t (in analogy to ki-iš-ta-a-am-mu occurring in the same context) and interprets ta-ḫa-a(n) as a participle in the nominative/accusative singular. Since word-final /-nt/ is preserved in Palaic, the neuter singular of a participle should be spelled -an-ta /-ant/. Therefore, taḫa- must be taken as a thematic adjective.

1.1.4Meaning
The word taḫa- appears in an apotropaic formula together with kišta- ‘extinguished’. Thus, the semantics of taḫa- should be close to those of kišta-. However, no exact meaning can be offered for taḫa-; cf. Yakubovich 2005c:117.
