Carruba 1970a:51 suggests a nominative/accusative singular under the assumption that it is an s-stem. An assignment as accusative plural common gender is also suggested by Carruba 1972a:53, who expects a direct object from the verb takkuranda. On the other hand, it could be nominative plural instead, in which case takkuranda would be a medio-passive form, but this less likely in view of the synatctic analysis of the whole clause. Furthermore, it could a genitive singular dependent on the following noun. Therefore, any interpretation must be considered tentative until the meanign of the word is uncovered.
