| nom. sg. c.(?) | ḫal-lu-iš | KUB 35.165 rev. 3’ | (CTH 751, OS or MS) |
Carruba 1970a:54 open the possibility of having a verbal form in the 3rd person singular preterit of a ḫi-verb. This cannot be excluded for now, but is less likely due to the lack of further examples for a verbal ending in -iš, pace Carruba 1970a:45.

1.1.4Meaning
Kammenhuber 1955b:373 suggests that ḫalluiš is an adjective modifying tabarnaš, which appears immediately before. This is entirely possible, although since the context is fragmentary, it cannot be verified. No meaning is offered in Carruba 1970a:54.
