‘(unknown)’1.1.1Transmission
This lexeme is attested once in an inscription from Tabal dating to the 8th century BCE.

1.1.2Forms
| nom./acc. pl.(?) | /…/ | *530-ma | İSTANBUL 2, A1 (Tabal) |
The attestation at is followed by a short string of clitics: 〈-˹pa˺-wa/i〉, i.e. /=ba=wa/ ‘but’ followed by the quotative particle. Even though Taş & Weeden 2011a:56f. regard the word as a nom./acc. pl. neuter, the attached clitics may obscure a word-final /n/ of an acc. sg. of a common gender noun.

1.1.3Graphic Features
1.1.3.1Phonological Interpretation
Unclear. Taş & Weeden 2011a:57 point out that sign *530 seems to resemble a double-axe, but it remains unique to this word so far.
[AH.B.]
1.1.4Meaning
Unclear. In the context, İSTANBUL 2, A1 represents the first preserved clause: *530-ma-˹pa˺-wa/i ARHA x-ma-ni-ta, approx. /…-ma=pa=wa ahha …-m(ma)nitta/, meaning ‘But he toppled(?) away the *530-ma-’ (cf. Taş & Weeden 2011a:56f.). Evidently, *530-ma- denotes a physical item that can be damaged, but further details remain outside reach for the moment.
[AH.B.]
1.1.5Stem
Unclear. If the word should turn out to be an acc. sg. of a common gender noun after all, it would be an a-stem.
