Adiego claims that “yomλn” of C.Ka 4, 2 is “very likely” (Adiego 2007a:246) or “perhaps” (Adiego 2007a:434) is “a variant” of uiomλn in C.Ka 5, 1 (see also Frei & Marek 1997a:29f. and Hajnal 1997b:157 n. 28). In fact, the word “yomλn” is attested only in the sequence […]ayomλn𐋆ri, the segmentation and meaning of which are completely obscure, not to mention that the proposed connection is not possible due to phonological reasons (there is no evidence for the palatalization u > y as a synchronic process in Carian).
