Checked against the photographs in the Mainzer Fotoarchiv. – It is possible, but not assured that a space precedes ⸢li⸣-i-lu-un.
[E.R.]
1.1.4Meaning
The passage is entirely obscure and does not permit a semantic interpretation of the word (see DLL:63, CLL:126, Shevoroshkin 1994a:136, HHw:94).

1.1.5Stem
Melchert (DCL:s.v.) considers the possibility that līlun does not represent one of the rare u-stems, but is instead a contracted thematic stem in -u(wa)-, i.e. līlu(wa)-. Without further evidence, the question must remain open.
