1.1.4Meaning
This word is found in a cult inventory pertaining to the description of statues (CTH 527). Therefore, its connection with the Luwian word for ‘head’, i.e. ḫarmaḫ(i)-, is highly likely, even though it cannot be entirely proven.

At first glance, the broken off word appears to be a derivative in -azza(/i)- (with defective spelling) built on the Luwian word ḫarmaḫ(i)- ‘head’. Nonetheless, nothing certain can be said about the word until further evidence emerges.
