‘food (?), meal (?)’1.1.1Transmission
This new lexeme has emerged in the wake of a join made by Sasseville 2021a:563-565. The tablet to which it belongs contains a mugawar for the Storm-god of Zippalanda (see Sasseville 2023b).

1.1.4Meaning
The phrase za tarraša ‘these tarraša here’ is the direct object of the verb adanda ‘they ate’, an action performed by the gods at a banquet. Therefore, the word tarraš- should refer to that which is eaten. Unless it denotes a specific kind of food, it could simply be a generic term, i.e. ‘food (?)’ or perhaps ‘meal (?)’ (see Sasseville 2023b:296). More evidence would be welcome.
